I was told that I would only be charged for one room.  When we went to our rooms, we found that one room was a double queen room so I went back to return the keys to the second room as I did not need it.  Well it turns out I was charged for both rooms even though I didn’t use the second nor did I want two rooms to begin with.  I told them at check out and was told nothing could be done.
