The standard rates were very reasonable, but we were incredibly touched when the front desk team offered us a discounted medical rate due to our mother's hospitalization. It was an unexpected act of kindness that truly relieved some of our stress.Throughout our entire stay, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, highly professional, and deeply caring toward our specific needs. Having a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to rest just steps away from the hospital provided immense comfort. We are incredibly grateful for their empathy.
