So we had to unload all our bikes and gear, then drive a mile away to a parking garage, then shuttle back. We had to pay $35/night, and there are no in and out privileges. So if you want to go to somewhere during the day, you have to pay every time you leave. Which is unfortunate because you aren’t in town and it’s not walkable. The room was beautiful and the people were kind. I’m rating the stay a 1 because the fridge didn’t work and it ruined the food we had put in there. I told front desk and no compensation was offered or anything. Also they charges me 150 for incidentals which is fine because it’s 50 nights a stay and I paid for 3 days of parking 45 per night, fine again however they told me that I would have that come out of my incidentals and they would give back $5, cool that’s fine. But they charged my card an extra $60 and they can’t even tell me for what I called today 9:17 pm mountain time to ask and the lady who helped me couldn’t give me a response. Only would tell me that it’s not a charge because it’s pending and then told me she would transfer me to her manager which sent me to voicemail and he wasn’t even in. The breakfast was very good, and we especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi at night. The only downside was that housekeeping did not clean our room every day, which was a bit disappointing.
