We are hoping that the charges will all be resolved after the holiday weekend.”

“My boyfriend was a patient in the burn center and Best Western gave us a discounted rate and also gave us free parking. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing and all in all 10/10 no complaints. Thank you for treating us so nicely!”

“Kayla at the front desk was patient, polite and courteous. She patiently waited for us to book our reservation online then she upgraded our hotel room and provided us with two bottles of water. I have never had such a restful sleep due to the fact that our room was very quiet and our AC unit whispered throughout the night with coolness. The room was meticulously, clean and in perfect shape throughout. Well, done by all the staff involved. Thank you very much. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future. ”

“It was great place, other than the naked homeless man pulling the fire alarm, and nobody there to turn off the ear piercing sound. You would of thought more would of been said to the patrons the next day but for what we were doing, going to Diamondback game and a few casinos, we enjoyed our stay.”

“I booked a prepaid room. We had to move it out one more day. When I called, I was told it would be another 55.00. I was a GM most of my life, most recently for Best Western, and I never would have treated my customers the way I was treated over that. Not only from the AGM from the hotel but also from the customer relations of BW. And then on top of that, I get charged $18 for parking?????? That’s insane! In all my years of being a GM I never worked for a hotel that charged for parking! The one and only bright spot of that hotel was the clerk on duty named MJ. I am appalled at what has happened to customer service in the hospitality industry!!! ”

“Very comfortable bed. Nice staff. The bathroom counter was not cleaned and there was what appeared to be coffee drips and little spills all over the counter. As other reviewers have mentioned, the daily parking fee is not called out or mentioned by front desk staff. The individual that checked me in even asked if I had a vehicle, and I said yes and they said you will need this parking pass. That would have been the time to clarify or mention there is an additional parking fee and not just glossing over it even if it is in writing elsewhere. There are nicer properties for the same daily rate if you add up this property's daily rate and their daily parking fee. The hotel is in a nice proximity to the convention center, but having the front entry doors locked 24/7 is a bit concerning and I have never seen that at any property I have ever stayed at.”

“It was my first time in Phoenix and I had a remarkable stay at the Best Western. The front desk staff were all amazing, very professional and helpful. The amenities on the property were nice. I really enjoyed the basketball court and the fitness center along with the pool. And lastly a great continental breakfast scrambled eggs crispy bacon, fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, toast and all fresh and yummy. How can I forget to mention you can make your own waffles who doesn't love that. Great price, great place , and great location. Book your stay today.”
