“I always love staying at Residence Inn's. The rooms are mini suites, with kitchens and bbq grills outside. I prefer cooking than going out to eat. We usually travel for tournaments, so it feels like home with my kids. Then we get bonus amenities like a pool, gym, and at some basketball court. This one had a putting green. The employees are so friendly and helpful and the free breakfast always fresh and tasty.”

“Whenever I travel for business to La Quinta I always stay at Residence Inn. It's centrally located, plenty of shopping/dining options nearby. The facilities are clean, beds are super comfy and the staff is always kind and accommodating. It's nice having coffee and breakfast included, to quickly get your day started, they have a little bit of everything and every dietary need can easily be accomoded. I did not say anything to the staff, as I did not think anything of it beyond the initial impression. However, today after showering, I went to grab a new towel and noticed that it was dirty. “fter staying here twice in the past two weeks, I’ve been disappointed with the overall experience. Hot water for showering was an ongoing issue, and most of the time it wasn’t working, forcing me to take cold showers. During my second stay, the thermostat was restricted to 68°, kept shutting off about every 20 minutes overnight, and the room never got cooler than 71°, which made for a restless night. The staff was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience, but unfortunately the room issues really impacted my stay”

“The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. We didn’t appreciate that. There were so few channels on the television. It’s clear that Marriott is choosing to save money and not subscribing to any of the sports channels so we couldn’t watch the local baseball or basketball games. Also didn’t appreciate that they’ll only clean your room once a week and just bring you towels or any amenities that you want in general you’re paying top dollar for motel six type performance. I’ve always been a Marriott preferred stay here, but I’m going to have to rethink that now.”

“We stayed 3 nights. Paid 4x the going rate because of an event in town. Our room was never attended to. No new sheets, beds made or fresh towels. The AC only works by motion so I had to get a stand up fan to keep the room cool during the night. When we checked in I asked for 2 queens bc at the time I booked they only had King rooms. They had one available but said they would have to charge me more. This was after paying $950 a night! Very disappointing. No complimentary waters. The free breakfast was nice and attendants were very helpful. ”

“Everything was awesome EXCEPT… I normally always take the top floor this time I moved from the top floor to the second floor in order to get a little view of the mountains and naturally the people above me were clueless that there’s somebody below them the stomping the moving of furniture was like they were redecorating the room. “The Wi-Fi did not work. I did not receive a welcome letter with an explanation of the workaround. The commercial building next door started making noise at 6:00 a.m ... it sounded like a leaf blower for about an hour early on Saturday morning. Then large 18-wheeler trucks came and parked outside and idled their loud engine. The hallways echoed with noise and the person above me stomped from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30, I think maybe it was the gym... When I complained about the Wi-Fi I was told that I should have received a letter and the front desk should have told me about the workaround but why didn't I call them?? The room was clean and well supplied. The breakfast was good. The car charger was convenient. ”

“The staff at the desk was super helpful. Building is nice and location is good. Housekeeping is poor. Room was dirty, kitchenette floor was disgustingly filthy as was bathroom floor. Wiped both with a wet towel to our horror the tiles were filthy. I took a photo as it was shocking. We had another reservation booked for another trip back to the desert but have canceled it. ”
