“The Wi-Fi did not work. I did not receive a welcome letter with an explanation of the workaround. The commercial building next door started making noise at 6:00 a.m
... it sounded like a leaf blower for about an hour early on Saturday morning. Then large 18-wheeler trucks came and parked outside and idled their loud engine. The hallways echoed with noise and the person above me stomped from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30, I think maybe it was the gym... When I complained about the Wi-Fi I was told that I should have received a letter and the front desk should have told me about the workaround but why didn't I call them?? The room was clean and well supplied. The breakfast was good. The car charger was convenient. ”

“This is a regular spot for us to stay, love the location and the room is comfortable. My only issue was that there was rarely any coffee at breakfast and other breakfast items were also scarce. They definitely could have been better at replenishing the items. I LOVE the free EV charging, was super convenient. We will be back!”

“The staff at the Residence Inn La Quinta is always friendly, personable and put the care in customer service each and every time I come to this location. You don't feel like a number, you feel like they truly care about you as a customer and that you are having a great stay. If i have ever had an issue, they are always right on top of it. The rooms are very clean and perfect every time. There are restaurants right next door along with a Costco within walking distance to fill the refrigerator for a longer stay. I highly recommend this hotel as it is always a pleasure to stay here and very convenient for visiting or seeing any other part of the desert valley.”

“The staff at the desk was super helpful. Building is nice and location is good. Housekeeping is poor. Room was dirty, kitchenette floor was disgustingly filthy as was bathroom floor. Wiped both with a wet towel to our horror the tiles were filthy. I took a photo as it was shocking. We had another reservation booked for another trip back to the desert but have canceled it. ”
