“Unfortunately we did not have a good nor pleasant stay. Our room was directly across from the freeway and although I am am a Platinum Elite Member for life our room was extremely noisy, The staff were great and the room was very set up but the positioning of the hotel and of our room was terrible. The traffic sounds were nonstop and made sleeping difficult to near impossible. We ended up leaving by 5am as we just could sleep. If you are staying at this hotel I would highly recommend requesting to stay in a room not facing the freeway or find another hotel, ”

“Check-in was only shortly before midnight, and we were tired from a long drive. The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make it quick, but we're having system issues. Once in the room and showering, I noticed smudges on the shower walls and hair on the floor. Before leaving the next morning, I asked to have the shower recleaned, specifically mentioning the smudges. I arrived back to the room to the dirty towels gone, garbage emptied, and smudges and hair. I later wiped the smudges off the wall myself with a wet washcloth. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Staff was always friendly and helpful. ”

“This particular Residence Inn is HORRIBLE! I almost always stay at Marriott brands vs Hilton. But this time I wished so badly that I had made a reservation at the Garden Inn right next store instead. Those guests appeared to be having much more enjoyable time. The location of this Residence Inn is poor-on a steep hill grade, right next to I-10…I mean so bad that the car headlights from the I-10 drivers comes in to the rooms all night. For a fairly ‘new’ hotel, it was filthy, worn down, dust & mold in many places, most of the furniture in the room was breaking down and had holes in them. The beds caved in in the center and had no backbone. Even with a “call use refrigerator“ in the room, most of the appliances they provided were broken so you couldn’t use them! Also, they do not even offer 24 hr coffee service in the lobby like every other location! I asked management; they admitted they don’t care & only have it during free breakfast. All others still offer it. Poor trained staff/rude ”
