“This was my experience at this Marriott location. Though I travel quite a bit and frequently stay at hotels, this by far was one of my best experiences! The room was very comfortable, clean, as was the entire facility, however the staff was fantastic! I can’t say enough how professional and friendly they ALL were! Love them! ”

“This particular Residence Inn is HORRIBLE! I almost always stay at Marriott brands vs Hilton. But this time I wished so badly that I had made a reservation at the Garden Inn right next store instead. Those guests appeared to be having much more enjoyable time. The location of this Residence Inn is poor-on a steep hill grade, right next to I-10…I mean so bad that the car headlights from the I-10 drivers comes in to the rooms all night. For a fairly ‘new’ hotel, it was filthy, worn down, dust & mold in many places, most of the furniture in the room was breaking down and had holes in them. The beds caved in in the center and had no backbone. Even with a “call use refrigerator“ in the room, most of the appliances they provided were broken so you couldn’t use them! Also, they do not even offer 24 hr coffee service in the lobby like every other location! I asked management; they admitted they don’t care & only have it during free breakfast. All others still offer it. Poor trained staff/rude ”
