There were no other rooms available so they asked me to sit in the lounge for 30 minutes for the carpet to dry. I feel this was an unnecessary decision that should have been done differently. “Before last night, I would say 200% yes! After last night, I would say definitely no. I arrived at 9 PM and was given my room key. I have to go upstairs and walking into my room. It was 84°. I typically sleep at 65 and so when I call down the front desk, they said that maintenance was gone and the only option I would have would be to get fans. I went downstairs and talked to the receptionist, and even though she was nice, she was unable to accommodate me in another room. So I had to completely cancel my reservation and go to another location. There’s no reason when housekeeping cleaned up that room that they should’ve rented it with a broken air conditioner.”

“Thos hotel was perfect for my stay visiting my son at BYU (short 10 minute drive). Clean. My 1br suite was spacious and comfortable. That staff was great,very accommodating, and friendly. “Wonderful hotel! Beautiful, comfortable room, great kitchen, huge tv. Breakfast was terrific. Staff was great to work with. Had a free EV charging station (I wish I had known earlier). Great location just off the freeway, with tons of shops and restaurants close by. My only complaints, the towels were small and pretty thin, and the treadmills in the nice fitness area had the capability to watch tv, but no tuner was connected (I wanted to watch an NBA game while running). Overall, a wonderful experience!”
