Finding such a high level of service is truly rare. We arrived at the TownePlace Suites in Thatcher after experiencing issues with another hotel chain, with no reservations or plans in place. When I approached the front desk and mentioned to Gwen that I was a Marriott Bonvoy member in need of assistance, she immediately reassured me not to worry and assured me she would take care of us. I am a frequent traveler who has also had the opportunity to work for Choice Hotels and Hilton. However, I chose Marriott as my preferred brand, and Gwen reminded me why. Thank you, Gwen. ”
